Property Management

The King Group provides property management services for office, industrial, residential, and multi-tenant properties throughout Northern Ohio. The property management team includes on-site staff, leasing representatives, construction management and property accounting services. The King Group holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
