Richard G. Bialosky is a veteran commercial real estate broker who joined the King Group as Vice President and Director of Brokerage Service in 1999 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in the fall of 2008.  His specialties include Healthcare, Bio Technology and Corporate Office Leasing and Sales, focusing on acquisition, disposition, site assembly and investment property sales.  Over the past 30 years, Richard has become an expert in representing clients in both the healthcare industry and the corporate office real estate market.

Richard developed an in-depth understanding of the variety of ways in which patients receive care, physicians provide services, how managed care organizations provide reimbursement, and the important role of hospital institutions in the mix.

Richard has worked with both public and private companies to improve the value of their office space and reduce costs.  His financial and analytical backgrounds are valuable assets that he brings to every assignment.  A   partial list of Richard’s clients include The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, UHHS/CSAHS-Cuyahoga, Inc., MetroHealth, St. Vincent Charity Hospital, St. John West Shore’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital Medical Center of Akron, Summa Health System. Richard earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Ohio State University.  He is an Ohio licensed Real Estate Broker and has received the designation of CCIM (CCIM Institute), is an alumnus of RHO Epsilon Professional Real Estate fraternity.  He has earned designations from the Realtors Institute and the Certified Real Estate Appraisers Institute.

Richard is a board member at Stella Maris, is an avid booster of the Greater Cleveland Area and resides in Beachwood with his wife and two children.
