The King Group holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

The King Group’s Construction Management Division has been active for over 20 years. We have constructed over two-million square feet of office space, including Class A Buildings, Medical Buildings, industrial, residential and multi-family.
