The King Group was founded in 1984 as the first tenant representation commercial real estate firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Today, the King Group is one of the area's more prominent developers and investors. Currently we own and manage over two million square feet of commercial space.

The King Group handles the leasing and oversees the management and construction for these properties, thereby creating additional value in these acquisitions. Also, the construction management division is one of the top contractors in the area when it comes to tenant improvements for office space.
