Contruction Management

The King Group’s Construction Management Division has been active for over 20 years. We have constructed over two-million square feet of office space, including Class A Office Buildings, Medical Buildings, industrial, residential and multi-family. The King Group is considered one of the top firms in the area when it comes to interior finishes.


The King Group has specialized in new development and in redeveloping projects which have declined in occupancy due to a shift in asset class or market conditions.   • 1984

    Founded as the first tenant representation commercial real estate firm in Cleveland, Ohio.

  • 1990

    Developed Valley Tech Center in Valley View, Ohio, a 52,000 square foot, office technology center that housed a number of corporations, including divisions of General Electric and IBM.

  • 2005

    Acquired the Parkway Medical Buildings in Beachwood, Ohio. After completing renovations, King leased up the property to independent medical practices and University Hospitals. In 2010 King sold the properties to a California healthcare REIT at a very advantageous price.

  • 2007

    Orchestrated one of the largest suburban office transactions in Northeast Ohio by helping acquire the former 1 million square foot Duke Realty, Class ‘A’ Office Portfolio, at a price of $165,000,000.
